Carriers

We ship through major carriers including USPS, DHL, EMS, and select local services, depending on your location and service availability.


Processing Schedule

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (EST), excluding recognized postal holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Presidents’ Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

Processing begins once payment is successfully completed.


Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

Tracking

A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order ships. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it.

Additional time may be required for personalized items depending on complexity. This will be reflected during checkout.


Limitations

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. The following areas are excluded:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • All international locations
