We accept returns for eligible items within 180 days from the date of delivery. Returned items must meet the following requirements:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition – unwashed, unworn, and with original tags and packaging intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or order confirmation, must be included.

Please note that sale, clearance, or customized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.

Include the following information in your message to expedite the process:

  • Full name used for the order
  • Order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photographs if the item is defective or incorrect
  • Your preference for a refund or replacement

3. Return Shipping

  • If the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping is free of charge.
  • In all other cases, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. We will inform you of any applicable charges during the return process.

4. Return Instructions

After receiving return approval, please follow these steps:

  1. Pack the item securely: Include the product in its original packaging, along with the order confirmation email or receipt.
  2. Ship the item: Use a reliable carrier and provide us with the tracking number for reference.
  3. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund or replacement.

5. Refund Processing

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note that original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If you requested a replacement, the new item will be shipped once the return is received and verified.
