We understand that occasionally, customers may need to cancel or modify their orders after placing them. Please read the following policy carefully to ensure you are informed about your options and our procedures.

Requesting a Cancellation or Modification

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we cannot guarantee any changes, as your order may have already entered the production or fulfillment process.

Important Considerations

  • Address Accuracy:
    Please ensure all shipping information, including your address, is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Snaptrendtees is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • Orders Returned Due to Invalid Address:
    If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the item.

Exceptions

  • Made-to-Order or Customized Products:
    Orders containing personalized or made-to-order items may be subject to stricter cancellation restrictions. Once production has started, cancellations or changes may not be possible.
  • Flash Sales / Limited-Time Offers:
    Due to time-sensitive processing, orders placed during promotional events may be processed more quickly and may not be eligible for cancellation or modification.
